His research focuses on AI for science and high-performance computing, with a particular emphasis on particle physics, wildfire science, and such GPU-accelerated scientific software. Zeyu is driven by a passion for innovation and a commitment to making cutting-edge technologies accessible to a broader audience.

I am a first-year PhD student in Prof. Geoffrey Fox’s research group at UVA, with a keen interest in AI for science and high-performance computing (HPC).

My research focuses on utilizing machine learning to explore its applications in wildfire science and high-energy physics.
